Brad joined the leading Sunshine Coast agency in June 2006 after deciding the RE/MAX business vision perfectly matched his real estate ambitions.
Based in Caloundra with his wife Helen, Brad has notched up an impressive track record in property sales and says the company’s flexibility has enabled his success.
“At home Helen and I enjoy active family time with our children – family always come first so flexibility at work is essential, which is why the RE/MAX business model works so well for me.”
“My involvement with two key local councils gives me great insight into the future and growth of the region, so I’m better able to understand the priorities of my sellers and buyers as members of these communities,” Brad said.
“I see first hand who is investing and where and I can play my part in the responsible development of the Coast to preserve the area’s natural beauty for my children and my clients – this knowledge is a real value-add for my RE/MAX clients.”
Brad has even bigger plans for 2007, including becoming the RE/MAX Property Associates Rookie of the Year which recognises commitment to service, achieving platinum status in his first full year, growing the RE/MAX brand, excellence in sales and a professional attitude toward business.
“To become a Platinum achiever for RE/MAX Australia is a major goal, whilst I’m working towards becoming a RE/MAX Associate and finding another member to join our team to share our success,” Brad said.
